Cookie Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. Under Romanian Law no. 506/2004, cookies that are not strictly necessary may only be used with your consent. In short: www.blta.ro does not use non-essential cookies, which is why we do not ask for your consent with a banner.

What we use and why

Security and anti-spam protection (Cloudflare). The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To protect the booking and quote forms against spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It may process technical data about your browser and connection and may set a cookie strictly necessary for this purpose. These are essential for the website to work securely and are not used for advertising or tracking.

Cookieless visitor statistics. To know how many people visit the website and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service that sets no cookies and does not track you across websites.

Google Maps, only on request. Google Maps address suggestions and maps load only when you use the address fields in the booking calculator. From that moment, Google receives the technical data it needs (such as your IP address) and the text you type, and may set its own cookies, under the Google Privacy Policy. If you do not use the calculator, Google Maps is not loaded. You can also book by phone or WhatsApp without using the calculator.

Locally hosted fonts. The website’s fonts are served from our own server, not by third parties, so viewing our pages sends no data to font providers.

What we do not use

We do not use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics), advertising cookies, tracking pixels or embedded social media.

If this changes

If we ever add tools that use non-essential cookies, we will first show you a banner where you can accept or refuse with equal ease, and those tools will not load until you agree. We will also update this policy.

Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the forms may not be able to submit.
